Thank You Delaware Bay, is a baywide public awareness campaign organized by the Delaware Coastal Programs, The Nature Conservancy and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, Delaware Fish and Wildlife, Delaware’s Bayshore Initiative, Delaware Wildlands, and Ecological Research and Development Group. This effort was inspired by California’s Thank You Ocean campaign and made possible through funding from the State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, in part, through a grant from the Delaware Coastal Programs with funding from the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration under award number NA04NOS4190034.
